Endorphin releasing activities

Here are some activities I do to release endorphin:
  1. Sports: Swimming, soccer, basketball
  2. Video Games: Winning Eleven
  3. Meditate while listening to calming music

  • When I play sports I relieve stress because it makes me forget about the worries I had and makes me enjoy my life.
  • Video games relieve my stress because they are fun and engaging.
  • If I meditate I feel calm and happy and forget about my worries and stress.
